Manthan Gada is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a seasoned finance professional with over six years of experience in Debt Syndication, Debt Advisory, Structured Finance, credit analysis and risk management across leading institutions like SageCrest Capital, Silver Compass Capital, ICICI Bank and CitiCorp India.

Currently serving as AVP at SageCrest Capital, he specializes in end-to-end execution of debt syndication and structured finance mandates for small-to-large corporates across sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, healthcare, services and others.
He collaborates with promoters and CFOs to structure appropriate funding solutions, prepares detailed investment decks, engages with lenders, and drives transactions from evaluation through sanction and disbursement.
Manthan enjoys playing football and badminton, and regularly seeks out opportunities to stay active through sport and outdoor experiences. He also loves to travel and explore new adventures, including activities like scuba diving, surfing, and other experiential getaways.

Dhruv Gala is a Chartered Accountant and seasoned finance professional with expertise in distressed asset management, credit risk management and debt syndication. His career spans leading financial institutions, where he has built a strong foundation in asset management, credit risk, and corporate finance.

Dhruv began his professional journey at Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company, gaining valuable experience in the acquisition and management of distressed assets. This role honed his skills in valuation, restructuring, and strategic investment. He then advanced to Tata Capital, where he was part of the credit risk function of the corporate finance division, focusing on risk assessment, portfolio monitoring, and strengthening credit processes for large corporate clients.
Currently, Dhruv plays a pivotal role in structuring and executing debt syndication deals, advising on capital raising and structuring strategies, and fostering long-term relationships with banks, NBFCs, and institutional investors. His Chartered Accountant background ensures analytical rigor and financial discipline, while his merchant banking expertise adds depth in deal execution and client advisory. With a reputation for precision, negotiation acumen, and client-centric delivery, Dhruv is committed to driving sustainable financial growth and delivering value to stakeholders in the evolving financial landscape.
Outside of work, Dhruv enjoys playing Padel Ball and trekking in the mountains, pursuits that reflect his love for challenge and adventure. He is also an avid follower of Cricket and Football.
